SCCOnline is here to help students and faculty with online learning. We provide the campus with D2L Brightspace, Panopto, Respondus LockDown Browser/Monitor, and Honorlock.

We are in the office Monday through Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-1:30pm. SCCOnline is closed on days that the college is closed and has reduced hours on days that classes are not in session.

When requesting assistance, please include:

  • Name (as it appears in SCC records)
  • Student ID number
  • SCC email address

  • Course(s) including section number (e.g. ENG-123-A99N)
  • Description of the problem and any error messages you received (screenshots are very helpful)

Problems with logging in (usernames/passwords), the MySCC portal, and email
