The Tutorial Learning Center (TLC) (external link - you must be online to access) is located in the East Building, Room E-2. The TLC provides one-on-one tutoring in English, mathematics, chemistry, biology and accounting. No appointment is necessary. All STC students are eligible for tutoring at no additional charge.
